Jeremy Aitken

A native of Moline, IL, Jeremy started his broadcast career while a student at Southern Illinois University. He worked as a news/sports reporter for the campus NPR station. After graduating in 2000, Jeremy moved on to become news director at KCHI Radio in Chillicothe, MO, and then news director at KCII in Washington, IA.
Jeremy returned to Illinois to join WLPO/WAJK/WKOT's news department in December 2005. Because his focus is the Ottawa, Marseilles, Utica area, and because he thinks Ottawa is a beautiful community, Jeremy lives in Ottawa.
Mom/Debbie, Dad/Steve and brother/Dale are all very proud of the fact that Jeremy is with the #1 news, talk and information station in the Illinois Valley!
